Dear Team,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the recent incident happen towards me by RM Inderjeet Singh Sehgal, Chandigarh Region, yesterday i.e 23rd Sep 2024, which I believe constitute unfair treatment and harassment. Yesterday and even today, while writing this mail, RM asked me to resign immediately, with an alternative being a demotion and a decrease in salary due to alleged non productivity over the previous years. This is despite my consistent performance with MET EXPECTATIONS AND EXCEED EXPECTATION rating almost each previous years including the last financial year. I would like to bring the following points:
Personal circumstances: My wife is currently undergoing cancer treatment. She detected Breast Cancer and admitted in Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute on 20th Aug for Surgery and now a days getting radiations daily after surgery. Inderjeet Sehgal is fully aware of this. Despite of this I am being pressurized to resign or accept deduction in salary without just cause. This is just the information that an employee with 5 years of good track record is treated by the reporting manager. I DEFINITELY HAVE ALL THE PLANS to sue RM Inderjeet Sehgal under various Legal Acts as my wife has been in worst mental condition after this incident.
Consistent Performance: Throughout my tenure almost, I have consistently met or exceeded performance expectations as evident by my Performance Ratings.
Mental Harrasement: The threat of demotion and salary reduction, especially under these circumstances is causing significant mental distress to me and my family.
Documented Evidence: if needed, I can produce all the verbal threating evidences etc for yesterday and today just.
Given the severity of this situation, I request you to investigate and look into this matter fairly else I will have no choice but to file a lawsuit for this agony with various administrative institution, as the action is not only unjust but also constitute a lethal form of mental harassment. I respectfully request that appropriate action be taken to address this matter and prevent any further occurrence. I have all the faith in internal compliance team and HR which has prevented me to lodge this complaint directly to twitter handle and other institutions outside like NHRC, Labour Comissioner etc
