If your previously escalated police complaints or FIRs are not addressed at the district SP office, including matters of criminal activities, serious offences, or corruption, escalate the case to the Range Inspector General (IGP) at the range office of your district.
If you have yet not lodged a police complaint, file an online police complaint or e-FIR to Chhattisgarh police with all supporting evidence and details of non-cognizable offences or visit the nearest local police station.
While escalating your case to the Range IGP, provide the reference/case number of the previous unresolved FIR or police complaint. You can contact the range police headquarters using the phone number of the control room.
