If your previous case, police complaint, and e-FIRs are not addressed by the District Superintendent of Police (SP) or district police headquarters, escalate the case to the Inspector General of Police (IGP) respective range office. These IGs oversee law enforcement activities within the districts under their respective Range.
In case, you have yet to lodge a police complaint or FIR, first lodge an online police complaint or e-FIR to Odisha Police through the provided CCTNS citizen portal of the state police.

If not resolved, you may escalate the case to Director General of Police (DGP) office with all supporting evidence.
Note: If concerns regarding citizen services or police functioning are not adequately addressed, submit an online public grievance to the Appellate Officer for Odisha Police at the Home Department through the “Jana Sunani – Public Grievance Redressal Portal” of the government of Odisha.
