If your previously submitted police complaints or cases to range police headquarters are not resolved to your expectations by the Range DIG Office, escalate the disputed matter to the Zonal Inspector General of Police (IGP) of Jharkhand Police with reference/case number.
In case you have yet not submitted any complaint, file an online police complaint or e-FIR to Jharkhand Police through the online portal or visit the nearest local police station.

If not resolved, you may escalate the case to the Director General of Police (DGP) office at the state police headquarters.
Note: If your complaints related to citizen services or police functioning (including misconduct & corruption) remain unresolved, you can file an online public grievance to the Appellate Officer for Jharkhand Police within the Home Department through the “CMO Jharkhand – Public Grievance Redressal Portal (IPGRS)” of the Government of Jharkhand.
