If you have any citizen complaints, FIRs, or cases that are actively not addressed or delayed by the officials at district police headquarters or Superintendent of Police (SP), escalate your complaint to the Deputy Inspector General (DIG) at the Range Office with reference numbers of previous grievances to the District SP and other supporting documents.
