If your police complaints, cases, or police administration including all police affairs remain unresolved by the local police station, city police commissionerate, district SP, Range Inspector General of Police (IGP), and Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG), escalate the case to the Director General of Police (DGP) of the Odisha Police with all supporting evidence. You can also raise your concerns about other police departments at state police headquarters.
In case, you have yet to lodge a police complaint or FIR, first lodge an online police complaint or e-FIR to Odisha Police through the provided CCTNS citizen portal of the state police.
