If your police complaints or e-FIRs are not addressed within the given timeframe by the local police station or divisional offices of your city police, you can escalate the case to higher authorities by contacting the Police control room or emailing the respective Commissioners (CP) of the City Police Commissionerates of your city within the Odisha Police system.
In case, you have yet to lodge a police complaint or FIR, first lodge an online police complaint or e-FIR to Odisha Police through the provided CTCTNS citizen portal of the state police.

If not resolved, escalate the case to the Director General of Police (DGP) office at the state police headquarters.
Note: If concerns regarding citizen services or police functioning are not adequately addressed, submit an online public grievance to the Appellate Officer for Odisha Police at the Home Department through the “Jana Sunani – Public Grievance Redressal Portal” of the government of Odisha.
