How to contact City Police Commissionerate of Kerala Police?

If your previous police complaints, e-FIRs, or incidents are not addressed within the given timeframe by the local police station or divisional offices of your city police, escalate the case to higher authorities by contacting the Police control room or emailing the respective Commissioners (CP) of the City Police Commissionerates of your city in Kerala.

In case, you have not yet lodged a police complaint or FIR, first file an online police complaint or e-FIR to Kerala Police through the provided CCTNS citizen portal of the state police.

While escalating your case to the commissioner’s office, you must provide the reference/case number within your grievance. You can contact your city’s Commissioner of Police through these phone numbers and emails of the city police headquarters:

If not resolved, escalate the case to the Director General of Police (DGP) with all supporting documents at state police headquarters.
