If your previous police complaints, e-FIRs, or incidents are not addressed (including criminal, serious, or corruption-related cases) within the given timeframe by the local police station, escalate the case to the District Superintendent of Police (SP) or District Police Chief (DPC) by contacting the district police control room or emailing the respective district office.
In case, you have not yet lodged a police complaint or FIR, first file an online police complaint or e-FIR to Kerala Police through the provided CCTNS citizen portal of the state police.

If not resolved escalate the case to the Range Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) of the respective range office of your district.
Note: If issues related to citizen services or police functioning including corruption and misuse of power are not addressed, lodge an online public grievance to the Appellate Officer for Kerala Police at the Home Department through the “CM Helpline – Chief Minister’s Public Grievance Redressal Cell (CMPGRC)” of the government of Kerala.
