If your previous escalated police complaints, FIRs, or public grievances (including corruption and misuse of power by officials) are not addressed by the District Police Chief (DPC), Range Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG), and Zonal Inspector General of Police (IGP), escalate the case to the State Police Chief, the rank of Director General of Police (DGP) in Kerala, by contacting the state police control room or emailing the police headquarters.
In case, you have not yet lodged a police complaint or FIR, first file an online police complaint or e-FIR to Kerala Police through the provided CCTNS citizen portal of the state police.
While escalating your case to the DGP’s office, you must provide the reference/case number within your grievance. You can contact the DGP or officers of respective departments through these phone numbers and emails of the state police headquarters:
