How to contact Zonal Inspector General of Police (IGP) of Kerala Police?

If your previous escalated police complaints, FIRs, or public grievances are not addressed by the District Police Chief (DPC) and Range Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG), escalate the case to the Zonal Inspector General of Police (IGP) by contacting the zonal police control room or emailing the respective zonal office.

In case, you have not yet lodged a police complaint or FIR, first file an online police complaint or e-FIR to Kerala Police through the provided CCTNS citizen portal of the state police.

While escalating your case to the zonal IGP’s office, you must provide the reference/case number within your grievance. You can contact the officers through these phone numbers and emails of the zonal police headquarters:

Contact Zonal IGP:

Zonal IGP Phone Number Email
IGP North Zone (Calicut) +914952369190 igpnz.pol@kerala.gov.in
IGP South Zone (Trivandrum) +914712323775 igpsz.pol@kerala.gov.in

If not resolved, you can escalate the case to the Director General of Police (DGP) or State Police Chief (SPC) with supporting documents and evidence.

:tipping_hand_man:t5: Note: If issues related to citizen services or police functioning including corruption and misuse of power are not addressed, lodge an online public grievance to the Appellate Officer for Kerala Police at the Home Department through the “CM Helpline – Chief Minister’s Public Grievance Redressal Cell (CMPGRC)” of the government of Kerala.
