If your previous police complaints, FIRs, or incidents are not addressed (including criminal, serious, or corruption-related cases) by the District Police Chief (DPC) or SP, escalate the case to the Range Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) by contacting the range police control room or emailing the respective range office.
In case, you have not yet lodged a police complaint or FIR, first file an online police complaint or e-FIR to Kerala Police through the provided CCTNS citizen portal of the state police.
While escalating your case to the range DIG’s office, you must provide the reference/case number within your grievance. You can contact the officers through these phone numbers and emails of the range police headquarters:

If not resolved, escalate the case to the Zonal Inspector General of Police (IGP) with all supporting evidence and case number.
Note: If issues related to citizen services or police functioning including corruption and misuse of power are not addressed, lodge an online public grievance to the Appellate Officer for Kerala Police at the Home Department through the “CM Helpline – Chief Minister’s Public Grievance Redressal Cell (CMPGRC)” of the government of Kerala.
