If your previously escalated police complaints or FIRs are not resolved at the local police station, district SP office, and Range Inspector General of Police (IGP), including matters of criminal activities, serious offences, police administration matters, or corruption, escalate the case to the Director General of Police (DGP) office of the Chhattisgarh Police.
If you have yet not lodged a police complaint, file an online police complaint or e-FIR to Chhattisgarh police with all supporting evidence and details of non-cognizable offences.
While escalating your case to the DGP office, provide the reference/case number of the previous unresolved FIR or police complaint. You can contact the state police headquarters using the phone number of the control room or respective departments.
