If your previously lodged police complaints or FIR are not addressed by the designated officer at local police station, DSP at SDPO office, and the City Superintendent of Police (SP), you can escalate the case to the Director General of Police (DGP) of Chandigarh Police at the police headquarters including reference/case number and supporting evidence.
