If your previously lodged police complaints or cases are not addressed by the district SP, Range Inspector General of Police (IGP) and police administration in the state, escalate it to the Director General of Police (DGP) with all supporting documents and reference/case number.
In case, you have not yet filed a police complaint or FIR, lodge an online police complaint or e-FIR to Punjab Police or visit the nearest local police station to report a cognizable offence.
