If your previously lodged police complaints are not resolved or addressed at the local police station within the specified timeframe, particularly in criminal (cognizable offence), serious, or corruption-related cases, escalate the case to the Superintendent of Police (SP) in your district in Punjab.
Before this, you should file a police complaint or e-FIR online to Punjab Police. For cognizable offences, you have to visit the nearest local police station to file a formal FIR.
Note: Call 1930 or use the National Cybercrime Reporting Portal to report a cybercrime or email the State Cyber Crime Department at aigcc@punjabpolice.gov.in.
