If your previously lodged police complaint or FIRs that are not addressed by local police station, contact the Police control room and email the respective District Superintendent of Police (SP) in your district with all supporting evidence and reference/case number of the case.
In case, you have not yet lodged a police complaint or FIR, file an online police complaint or e-FIR to Madhya Pradesh Police with all evidence. For cognizable offences, you may visit the nearest local police station to lodge an FIR with SHO.

If not resolved, escalate the case to the Inspector General of Police (IGP) at range office of your district.
Note: If concerns regarding citizen services or police operations (corrupt practices or misuse of power) are not addressed by the police officials, take the next step by submitting an online public grievance to the Appellate Officer for Madhya Pradesh Police at the Home Department through the “MP CM Helpline (Jan Setu) Integrated Grievance Redressal System” portal of the government of Madhya Pradesh.
