If your previous cases filed at local police station or online complaint/e-FIR that are not resolved by district SP and Range Inspector General of Police (IGP) within specified timeframe, you can escalate the case or FIR to the Director General of Police (DGP) including all other police matters and other police departments. You can also write a complaint letter to state police headquarters.
In case, if you have yet not submitted any complaint, file an online police complaint or e-FIR to HP Police through online portal or visit the nearest local police station.
