Email Support:

Send an email at care@irctc.co.in to IRCTC customer support detailing your issue, along with relevant information such as transaction ID, date of travel, and PNR number.

To cancel your e-tickets, email to etickets@irctc.co.in

Online Portal:

Escalation:
