I did not get the refund yet and it has a morw than 10 days as they initiated

I did not get refund from myntra and it has been more than 10 days i tried chatting and contacted but it did not resolve instead they have limit the chat .Please resolve this issues as soon as possible because it really disappointing for this kind of failure that you don’t listen to customer

To resolve your pending refund from Myntra after 10+ days, email customercare@myntra.com with your order ID, return tracking number, chat transcripts, and a clear refund request. Call their helpline at +918061561999 (Mon–Sun, 9AM–9PM) and ask for escalation to the Refund Resolution Team.

Steps to file an online complaint:

  • Visit the Link or open the app. Visit the Help Center of Myntra’s official portal or use their mobile app.
  • Log in and click the Contact Us option from the menu or profile icon.
  • The Help Center will open.
  • Select the query type – Order related; Non-order related; Recent issues.
  • Select the order or subcategories.
  • Scroll down and click on the chat option.
  • For the payment or refund, click on “Write to us” and attach an invoice or screenshot of the required financial details.
  • Describe the issue and register your complaint successfully.

Finally, note down the reference/ticket ID to track status.

Escalation to Grievance Officer:

If your issue is not resolved within the given time frame, escalate it to the Grievance Officer of Myntra. Send a written complaint by email or post to the officer at:
