in myntra app when you put balance in myntra wallet ,They are take that balance in their account post 1 year .as per them they have mentioned in terms but when this term came that they are not disclosing .as I have open n account long back but no mail communication or letter on the same to me or any customer.
when this amount is vanish from customer account thre is no pre intimation on email /physical letter to use the amount.
there call center is not replying on complaint .since last 10 days I didn’t received any update on my concern.
There is no transparency with customer. only fraud is happening.
