I tried placing an order with Instacart with my gift card worth $205 and account got deactivated

Hi, I’ve tried placing an order with Instacart worth $205 and they deactivated my account right after the order is placed. Now Iam asking them to atleast refund my money back but they are saying it isn’t possible. How can I take further actions. Please help me

You can also get help from the contact page of the Instacart (.instacart.com/help). If they remain unresponsive, file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (bbb.org) or your local consumer protection agency. You can also dispute the charge with your bank or card provider.
