If Instacart deactivated your account after a $205 order and refuses to issue a refund, first call their support at 1-888-246-7822. detailing the issue with proof of transaction. You can also get help from the contact page of the Instacart (.instacart.com/help). If they remain unresponsive, file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (bbb.org) or your local consumer protection agency. You can also dispute the charge with your bank or card provider.
