If your return pickup hasn’t been done by Meesho as per their policy and you haven’t received a refund, and if the issue remains unresolved, you can lodge a consumer complaint against Meesho with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH).

To escalate your complaint with Meesho, follow these instructions:
If your issue is not resolved satisfactorily, escalate it to Meesho’s Grievance Officer. You can write a grievance letter or send an email with the reference/ticket ID of the previous complaint or supporting evidence regarding IPR violations to the headquarters or legal department.
