I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the rude behavior of an agent and conductor on your bus (No. ), i was traveling from Dhuma (madhya pradesh) with my pregnent wife. The incident occurred on 05/09/2025, between 4 PM and 5 PM, near the of Jabalpur Nagpur bypass
I was traveling from Jabalpur to Dhuma MP22ZC2397. The first agent forced me to take this bus after sitting the bus agent told me not to sit in from 10 seats in the bus. Take back sided seats, however i requested him, that my wife is pregnant and she was unable to sit in back seats whereas 90% seats were empty.
After seating he asked for fare Rs. 120 per person, I told him that normal fare from Jabalpur to Dhuma is Rs. 100 but he misbehaved with me and my wife and was forced to get off the bus that time there was heavy rain out the side of the bus.
The bus conductor and driver were also helping him to do that type of misbehave in front of all passengers. I am seriously depressed and my wife is also totally scared to watch these scenario.
Please do the needful so that we and all passengers of this route can feel safe journey.
