Provide your delivery partner ID and details of refusing to deliver damaged products. If unresolved, escalate to Zepto’s Regional Operations Manager.

• Choose chat with us by logging in to your account to open the online complaint form.
• Fill out the form with all necessary details, including your order number, issue description, and contact information.
• Submit your complaint.
