Nice Maple fraud

Order Id : NM3561, I ordered a bed and they never delivered it. upon multiple calls to provided customer care they always keep on extending the delivery date. Maintaining fake reviews and photos on google. I saw negative reviews later on product quality and asked them to cancel the order and they are not even doing that

If your order is not delivered by Nice Maple, first contact the customer support of Nice Maple by calling at +918037915697 or email info@nicemaple.com.

Further, you can file an online consumer complaint against Nice Maple to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH).

If you are facing any online cyber fraud, call the toll-free helpline number 1930 to report the incident with the Cyber Police Cell.

I already reached out to their customer care multiple times only to hear the delivery is postponed for further dates. I even mailed them asking for cancellation since they are not delivering. They are least bothered to respond
