Nice Maple furniture Fraud of 50K

My order #3951 is not being delivered by Nice Maple, it has been more 2 months. They are continuously extending the dates by 2-3 more days, same standard replies and phone and chat window.
The worst part is, multiple times it has been told its in transit from gurgaon, dispatched , on the way to bangalore, getting quality check at bangalore and again after days apparently again its getting dispatched from gurgaon followed by same series of sequences.
It is a clear fraud and need legal guidance to recover my hard earned money.

Please help and bring nice maple furniture to justice.

Regards

Thank you, can you guide me how to send a legal notice…do i raise a police complaint in my local police station?

Dear @Chirayu_Naik

To send a legal notice, follow these steps:

  1. Draft the Notice – Write down a notice with your order details, payment proof, delay issue, and demand a refund or delivery within a specific timeframe. Mention legal consequences if ignored.
  2. Send via Registered Post & Email – Mail the notice to Nice Maple’s official address and send a copy via email (info@nicemaple.com). Keep proof of delivery.
  3. Hire a Lawyer (Optional) – If ignored, consult a consumer lawyer for a professionally drafted notice.
  4. Police Complaint (If Fraudulent Intent) – Visit your local police station and file a complaint under the relevant sections of the BNS if they refuse refunds or mislead you. If you want to make your complaint online, please share your city/district name so we can help you.
  5. Consumer Court Case – If unresolved, file a complaint at consumerhelpline.gov.in or e-jagriti portal. Read more: How to file a consumer complaint to Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (Consumer Court) on E-Jagriti?
