Non availability of bus 332

Dear Sir,

Bus service no 332 initially stated from Kurla- Andheri with double deck. However since two year smaller buses to run with AC facility which was good. but since a year we are regular traveler to office facing issues as below;
a. few buses runs and always delay from schedule travel
b. several time bus diverted upto Marol Naka
c. today morning 7.30 am bus nu 332 diverted to 320 bus. hence regular traveler started raising voices thereafter service provided

Kindly look into and replace the AC double decker
