We waited for more than 2 hours at the Ghatkopar bus stop for bus number 421, but unfortunately, the bus did not arrive at all. It was a very disappointing experience, especially considering how crowded the Ghatkopar station was. Many people, including women, elderly passengers, and students, were waiting patiently, hoping the bus would arrive soon. However, even after such a long wait, there was no sign of the bus.
This shows very poor time management and lack of coordination in the public transportation system. If buses are not running as per the schedule, passengers should at least be informed in advance. It becomes extremely inconvenient for daily commuters who rely on these buses to reach their destinations on time.
We request the concerned authorities to look into this matter seriously and take immediate action. Please ensure that buses like 421 operate on time or update the timings and availability through proper channels so passengers are not left waiting helplessly.
Public transport is supposed to support people, not cause stress. Kindly improve the service and ensure buses are available and punctual. We sincerely hope this issue will be resolved and won’t be repeated again in the future. Please send the bus as soon as possible.
