How to complaint BEST buses

I am a daily commuter from Kankur marg station to Shetty vidhyalaya via Bus no 602 and A 602

But
We have less frequency of these buses and sometimes bus are available and they still running the buses with half and hour period of time and sometimes they run these buses for the short distance they don’t went for the last stop and when public questioning about this they are mentioning the name MR. Katke which managing the local Kanjur marg beat office and all because of these reasons public are suffering. So I request you to please take action and resolve the same
