Hi, I’m a teenager who started using best bus public transport services recently, today, I got up at bus 441 from namaskar to chinnai college bus stop, the bus ticket was 5 rupees, but when I got down the bus ticket checker was at chinai college, he fined me 55 rupees saying that the bus ticket costed rupees 10 , since I recently started these services I had no idea, the conductor himself gave me a ticket costing five rupees, I sincerely demand a refund of my 55 rupees as the bus conductor himself gave me the ticket of 5 rupees, I did not know, hence it really isn’t my fault and I demand a refund

Since the conductor issued you a ₹5 ticket despite the correct fare being ₹10, you were fined due to incorrect fare information, not your own misconduct.
