Not taken student fare from student

In local public bus conductor don’t take student fare from student. He told that they have no order to take less fare from student. one time the student gave him student fare ,the student will not be picked up by the bus. No.- WB65 C9917

I suggest you file a formal complaint with the North Bengal State Transport Corporation (NBSTC) if the conductor is not following the correct fare rules for students.

Route: via kaliachak to Malda

Description: The conductor refuge to take student fare.He clearly declare that they have no order to take student fare. He also tell that student not allowed in local private bus to give less fare.
