ola + care for home service is not responding for ola s1 pro scooter

My ola s1 pro ticket no 08927983. Brake not working and also I have plan ola care on 14 July date appointment. But not coming yet any technician. I’m daily calling customer care but no response .

For your Ola S1 Pro service issue (Ticket No. 08927983), since the brake is not working and no technician has visited despite your Ola Care+ plan and 14 July appointment, you should escalate the complaint. Call Ola Electric support at +918033113311 or +918068964000 or email support@olaelectric.com with your ticket number. Also, raise the issue through the Ola Electric app under “Support.”

If your issue remains unresolved even after escalating through Ola Electric’s internal channels or your consumer rights are violated, you can file an informal consumer complaint against Ola Electric with National Consumer Helpline (NCH) .
