I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the recent purchase of my Ola electric vehicle, registered in my name, Sufiyan Sabeer, with the registered mobile number. The vehicle, which I purchased approximately 10 days ago and has only been driven for around 200 kilometers, is currently in the service center at your BTM Layout branch in Bangalore (pincode 560029). vehicle registration number is KA05 0F 4185
I purchased this vehicle with a lot of hope, despite some negative reviews, trusting in the promises made by your brand. However, it is disheartening to see the vehicle land in the service center just within a week of use. Moreover, the treatment of my vehicle at the service center has been very concerning. Witnessing the under-seat storage box being thrown on the ground was painful as an owner, especially given the emotions and financial commitment involved.
Additionally, as per the promises on your website, I was supposed to receive a standby vehicle or at least an Ola cab to facilitate my commute to work, but none of these were provided. This lack of support has made the situation even more frustrating.
As a customer, I feel cheated by the quality of the vehicle and the lack of support provided. It is difficult to believe that a vehicle with an 8-year warranty couldnât last a week without serious issues. I request that this matter be escalated to the highest level and urge you to replace this faulty vehicle with a brand-new one.
I hope Ola Electric will take responsibility for this and ensure a resolution that restores my faith in your brand. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to reconsider my association with your company.
