For your Ola S1 Pro service issue (Ticket No. 08927983), since the brake is not working and no technician has visited despite your Ola Care+ plan and 14 July appointment, you should escalate the complaint. Call Ola Electric support at +918033113311 or +918068964000 or email support@olaelectric.com with your ticket number. Also, raise the issue through the Ola Electric app under “Support.”
