Order not placed payment made

To recover the payment made to Blinkit for an order that was not placed and after getting no response from their grievance email for 14 days, call Blinkit customer support via the in-app “Help” section or email info@blinkit.com with transaction proof.

If still ignored, lodge a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (1800-11-4000 or consumerhelpline.gov.in) and your bank/payment provider for a chargeback. Keep all communication records for escalation.
