I am from Ratangarh, Rajasthan (Distt-Churu). I have been paying every bill but not getting water in my tap for the last two years. I have made a continuous complaint on the Sampark portal. They filed my complaint, and after a few days, they called and asked if I was satisfied (they solved nothing till then). And I said no, and after a few days, my complaint was marked as resolved. This process has been going on for the last two years. I have also visited every water works office in Ratangarh, and they scolded me and said nothing would happen. I am frustrated now. I also requested they cut my connection and get me a new water connection. But they denied it rudely. Please either restore my water connection or get me a new one. Also, please refund me all the bills I paid during this crisis.
