To resolve the water denial in Singhawali Kalan, first submit a written grievance to the Rajakhera Tehsil Office (Tehsildar) (Mon–Fri, 10 AM–5 PM) or visit Tehsil Bhawan. Request enforcement of equitable water distribution under the Rajasthan Minor Irrigation Act. Next, email your grievance with full details to the Dholpur District Collector and file it on the Central Public Grievance Portal or the state grievance portal.
If unresolved within 15 days, escalate to the Rajasthan State Human Rights Commission or approach your MLA.
