Urgent Attention Required: Water Leakage and Wastage in Udaipur

Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your immediate attention a pressing issue we are facing in our locality regarding the government water supply.

For the past several days, we have observed that a large amount of water is being drained into the sewage system during the scheduled supply hours. We suspect that there might be a leakage in the pipeline, although we are not certain whether the pipe is broken or if there is another underlying issue causing this wastage. However, we have noticed significant water being wasted every time the supply is turned on.

As a result of this situation, the water storage tanks in our homes are not receiving sufficient water, causing considerable inconvenience to the residents. We kindly request that your department investigates this matter at the earliest to prevent further water wastage and address the problem.

We would appreciate it if you could arrange for an inspection of the water pipelines in our area and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Your prompt action will help ensure that water is used efficiently and that our daily water needs are met without disruption.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your swift response and action.

Warm regards,
Smruti Ranjan Das
