Post sale service not received since 60 days

I am a subscriber of your face to face channel since 1 year,

I got to know about your legal platform from your videos hence putting an problem please suggest,

I have a problem with fridge since 20th may but after regular follow up with all level of customer service there is no solution even there level2 and level3 did not reply and keep on follow up,

Complaint raised in consumer forum was also closed by company by giving wrong update to them,

Attached mail is having complete follow up history,

Whirlpool customer service doesn’t respond regularly and one day in 7-10 days they put an response and then again they ignore my communication and by doing this they have passed 2 months

If your complaints regarding the fridge are not resolved by Whirlpool, even after escalating to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH), you can file a formal consumer complaint to the Consumer Commission (also known as Consumer Court) with all supporting evidence and purchase history.

The commission will hear your consumer case and you can demand reimbursement or compensation for the faulty service due to a violation of consumer rights by the company.

For this, you can use the online E-DAAKHIL portal.
