If your complaints regarding the fridge are not resolved by Whirlpool, even after escalating to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH), you can file a formal consumer complaint to the Consumer Commission (also known as Consumer Court) with all supporting evidence and purchase history.
The commission will hear your consumer case and you can demand reimbursement or compensation for the faulty service due to a violation of consumer rights by the company.
