Though my Mediclaim policy is Cashless, but I did not get facility of cashless due to the server breakdown at your end. So I deposited all the bills and relevant reports in original to your office. But I am astonished to see that only Rs. 116796 is paid to me against bill amount of Rs 216799/-.
My initial policy of covering Rs 250000/- is added on with a top up policy upto Rs. 700000/-.
Pl let me know the reasons for non payment of full amount of bills immediately.
For your Mediclaim issue, since you submitted all original bills due to a server failure yet received only ₹1,16,796 against a claim of ₹2,16,799, you should urgently contact your insurer’s claims department with your policy number and claim ID. Request a claim settlement breakdown in writing. If unsatisfied, escalate to the grievance cell of the insurance company and also consider filing a complaint at policyholder.gov.in.
