To address the denial of your refund request (Ticket #00078886) for the TimesPro EPBM 31 program, escalate your complaint by emailing grievance@timespro.com or submitting the online grievance form (timespro.com) and attaching all communication, including proof of payment and your clarification sent the next day. If unresolved, you can file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline or call 1800-11-4000.
Further, you can lodge a public grievance to the department of education through the CPGRAMS portal of the central government.
