For a serious issue with sewage water affecting your Kaveri water pipe, I recommend filing a complaint with the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP).

For water supply and sewerage issues, call the water helpline number 1916 or email to Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB) at callcenter@bwssb.gov.in.
