We’re sorry to hear about the distress caused by the halted land acquisition compensation. You should immediately submit a written grievance to the Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag, and also mark a copy to the Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, requesting equal treatment—i.e., suspension of the Taing family’s compensation until dispute resolution. Additionally, file a formal complaint via the J&K Grievance Portal. Include documents proving your offer and their received compensation.
