To file a formal complaint against this KSRTC bus, you can contact the Divisional Manager of the Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) responsible for the Vasco-Karwar route. You can also lodge an online complaint to the Vasco bus depot and speak directly to the Bus Depot Officer.

Visit the official KSRTC website (ksrtc.karnataka.gov.in) of Karnataka Roadways and navigate to the ‘Complaints’ section to lodge your complaint online. Fill in the required details and submit.

In case of online booking, visit the “Bus Ticket Booking - KSRTC (ksrtc.in) ” portal and navigate to “CRM Support”, then tap “New Support Ticket” to lodge your complaint.

When you file your complaint, be sure to include:

• Date of travel: 14/09/2024
• Route: Vasco to Karwar
• Bus timing: 1:30 PM
• Details of the issue: The bus leaves 10 minutes early without proper notice.
• Any additional information: For example, you could mention that you checked with the Vasco bus enquiry counter and were told the bus had left early.
