Wanaparthy buses are not coming waited for 2 hours

As per you concern, you faced inconvenience and misinformation at the Wanaparthy bus station while waiting for a TSRTC bus for more than two hours. Being a girl and traveling at night raised safety concerns. Additionally, when a bus finally arrived, it was fully occupied within seconds. The staff at the station misled you about bus timings, which added to the frustration and made you feel unsafe and disillusioned with TSRTC’s services.

As a passenger of TSRTC, you are a consumer of public transportation services and are entitled to safe, timely, and reliable service under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Mismanagement, lack of reliable information, and poor service quality can be considered a deficiency in service. You can file a formal complaint with the Divisional Manager of the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC ).
