To report the delay in your refund from Myntra after canceling your order, please call at +918061561999 and provide your order ID and cancellation date, or use the “Help Center” on the Myntra app for quicker tracking. If customer care is unresponsive, you can raise a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline for further redressal.
Visit the Help Center of Myntra ’s official portal or use their mobile app. Navigate to the ordered product and select the available options to raise a complaint.
Steps to file an online complaint:
Visit the Link or open the app.
Log in and click the Contact Us option from the menu or profile icon.
The Help Center will open.
Select the query type – Order related; Non-order related; Recent issues.
Select the order or subcategories.
Scroll down and click on the chat option.
For the payment or refund, click on “Write to us” and attach an invoice or screenshot of the required financial details.
Describe the issue and register your complaint successfully.
Finally, note down the reference/ticket ID to track status.
Escalation to Grievance Officer:
If your issue is not resolved within the given time frame, escalate it to the Grievance Officer of Myntra. Send a written complaint by email or post to the officer at:
