Online Complaint Registration

Visit the BBMP’s integrated complaint registration system, Namma Bengaluru, or use the mobile app (Saahaya) to file an online complaint. Follow these steps:

• Visit the Namma Bengaluru portal and register using your mobile number.
• Login with the OTP received and navigate to the ‘Grievance Redressal’ section.
• Click ‘Raise complaint (bbmp.gov.in) ’, select the issue category, and fill in the required details.
• Upload any supporting documents or photos, submit the form, and note down the reference number for future reference.

If any action has not been taken by the municipal corporation, you can lodge an online public grievance to the Appellate Authority of the State Pollution Control Board or the Department of Urban Development through the “Janaspandana - Integrated Public Grievance Redressal System (IPGRS)” portal of the government of Karnataka.
